Ingredients
1 x 125g salmon filet, with skin
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup chopped fresh basil
Preparation
Combine oil, lemon juice, mustard, garlic and basil in a small bowl. Spread marinade on top side of salmon and marinate, covered, up to 1 hour in the refrigerator. Cook skin side down on greased grill over low heat for about 20 minutes, depending on thickness of the filets. Fish is cooked when it flakes with a fork.
