Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs

1/2 cup melted Butter

1 tbls. Granulated Sugar

Mix together and press firmly into a greased 9" square cake pan.

Preparation

TOPPING:

1 can Condensed Milk 200g. (8 ozs) Desiccated Coconut 1 tsp. Vanilla Pinch of Salt

Mix together and spread over Graham Cracker Crust. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until top is golden brown'

Cool thoroughly and spread with Butter Icing.

BUTTER ICING

2 Tbls. Cocoa 1 1/2 cups Sifted Icing Sugar 2 Tbls. Milk 1/4 cup soft Butter
