Ingredients

1 cup of oats

3/4 cup flour

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 cup of chopped San Diego walnuts

1/2 cup of soft sweet (unsalted) Weihenstephan butter

1/4 cup of “Annie” sugar

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon of Jerusalem salt

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup raisins.

Preparation

Mix everything together with a Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and either drop by teaspoon or tablespoon onto cookie sheet with Parchment (or Back-Papier)and bake about 12 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from oven and let cool before serving or storing in tins. Best to use wax paper sheets to keep the cookies separate when storing. Enjoy!
