lb. smoked turkey kielbasa sausage, cut into 1/2- inch-thick slices

boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-sized pieces

cups Old El Paso™ Salsa

1 1/2

cups uncooked instant white rice

1

cup water

Hot pepper sauce, if desired

Preparation

Spray large nonstick skillet or Dutch oven with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add sausage and chicken; cook and stir 5 to 8 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

Add salsa, rice and water; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 to 10 minutes or until rice is tender. If desired, add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with hot pepper sauce.
