to taste

Preparation

  1. cook bacon & beef
  2. then use the grease to saute the onions, green peppers, jalapenos…drain
  3. lay out the crescent dough as single triangles.
  4. put 1 big TBS. meat mixture in center, add beans & cover with your fav. cheese
  5. rub olive oil on the edges and fold over crimping edges with a fork - poke the side once to allow steam to escape.
  6. bake in the oven per pkg. instructions - if baking on the grill, “oil” alum. foil with olive oil or nonstick spray and grill about the same length of time as in the oven (depending on heat of coals)
  7. for those really hungry people, put in 2-3 TBS of beef mix, beans & cheese.
  8. oil edges same way and layer with another dough triangle, but instead of crimping edges, roll then up instead for a better grip when eating - cooking time will be the same for oven or grill - don’t forget steam holes - ENJOY!
