Ingredients
1-4lbs roast
1 cup ketchup
4 cups cut celery
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 cup onion
2 cups water
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp worchestershire
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a slow cooker or bake at 350 for 5 hours. The meat will just fall apart when it is cooked. Serve in fresh buns.
