Ingredients
2 dozen wings
Sauce:
1/2 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce (I use honey or mesquite)
2 cups of water
3 tbsp of ketchup
3 tbsp of brown sugar
1 tbsp fresh garlic OR 1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp black pepper
salt
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 375.
Arrange the wings evenly on a foil covered baking sheet.
While the oven is preheating: 3. Bring BBQ sauce, water and ketchup to a low boil.
Add brown sugar, garlic/powder and salt and continue to allow the mixture to rise to a rolling boil.
Add pepper. Stir and reduce heat. Allow the sauce to simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Wings: 6. Pat your wings dry. Salt and pepper them.
Bake your wings at 375 for 50 minutes. Do not turn them.
After your wings are done, place them in a large bowl and toss them with the sauce.
