2 dozen wings

Sauce:

2 cups of water

3 tbsp of brown sugar

1 tbsp fresh garlic OR 1 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp black pepper

salt

  1. Preheat your oven to 375.

While the oven is preheating: 3. Bring BBQ sauce, water and ketchup to a low boil.

  1. Add brown sugar, garlic/powder and salt and continue to allow the mixture to rise to a rolling boil.

  2. Add pepper. Stir and reduce heat. Allow the sauce to simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Wings: 6. Pat your wings dry. Salt and pepper them.

  1. Bake your wings at 375 for 50 minutes. Do not turn them.

  2. After your wings are done, place them in a large bowl and toss them with the sauce.
