Dry Rub
Port Spare Ribs, cleaned and trimmed.
Preparation
Pat spare ribs dry. Cover with dry rub. Store in zip lock bag overnight (or longer) in the refridgerator. Encase ribs in double layers of sealed foil. Bake @ 350 for one hour. Still in foil, grill ribs on low BBQ, 20 minutes on each side. You may prepare up to this step in advance. Remove ribs from foil and continue grilling for 10-15 minutes on each side.
