Ingredients

4 8 oz pieces grouper

1 cup barbecue sauce

8 strips thick cut bacon

1 small sweet yellow onion, julienned

3 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation

preheat grill. Lay the grouper on a hseet tray. On each piece, put 1 tsp minced garlic and 4 pieces yellow onion. tightly wrap each piece of grouper with 2 pieces of bacon. Season each piece with salt and pepper. Grill the fish, basting with the BBQ sauce until it is done (about 6-7 minutes) per side depending on the temp of the grill.

Serve.
