Ingredients

1.5 kg of green king prawns

1/4 cup oil

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

2 tablespoons of HP sauce

1/4 cup of parsley sprigs

1 tablespoon honey

4 cloves of garlic

3 tablespoons of chopped fresh chives

Preparation

Finely chop the parsley, place in a bowl and combine with oil,sauce,juice,honey, garlic and chives. Peel and devein the prawns but leave the tails on. Add the prawns to the mixture, stir until combined,cover and refridgerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Cook prawns on a preheated BBQ grill for 3 minutes or until just cooked through, turning once.
