Ingredients

Meatballs:

2 lbs. hamburger

1 Tbs. diced onion

1 cup Minute Rice

1 pinch of garlic salt + pepper

Sauce:

2 cups Ketchup

2 cups brown sugar

1 Tbs. liquid smoke

1 tsp. garlic salt

1/3 cups dried onions

Preparation

Meatballs: Mix all ingredients for meatballs in large bowl well. Then, roll into balls a little larger then golfballs. Place in 9x13 inch casserole dish, spacing evenly. Set off to the side, and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sauce: Mix all ingredients for sauce in medium sauce pan. Heat on medium-low, stirring often. Continue heating until sauce begins to boil. Pour heated sauce into casserole dish, covering all meatballs in the process. Place casserole dish in oven for 1 hour, uncovered. Enjoy!!!
