Ingredients

5 lb rack of pork spare ribs

optional: bay leaves, crushed red pepper

BBQ sauce (2 parts ketchup, 1 part each white vinegar, yellow mustard, molasses)

Preparation

Parboil ribs 20 minutes, adding bay leaves and/or crushed red pepper if desired.

Prepare charcoal grill.

Cook ribs over LOW heat on grill 3 or 4 hours. Brush with BBQ sauce for the last 5 minutes.
