Ingredients

1 cup brown sugar

2 tbs paprika

2 tbs ground chipotle pepper

3 tbs sea salt

2 tsp onion powder

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tbs dry mustard

4 tsp ground cumin

1 tbs black pepper

1 tbs lemon pepper

Preparation

Mix it all and rub the ribs. Make sure to peel the silver skin off the back of the ribs first. Let ribs sit rubbed overnight. Smoke with a small amount of hickery or a normal amount of cherry, apple, almond or oak.
