Ingredients

1 T EVOO

1 t garlic, minced

1 1/2 c water

6 oz tomato paste

6 T cider vinegar

2 T worcestershire sauce

1/4 c soy sauce

1/4 c sweetener

3/4 t chili powder

1/2 t dry mustard

1/8 t cayenne pepper

Preparation

Saute garlic in oil for one minute.

Make a paste out of the water and tomato paste. Add remaining ingredients. Add to garlic and simmer 45 minutes.
