Ingredients
1 LB PEELED SHIRMP
MOZZARELLA CUT INTO 1" STRIPS THAT RESEMBLE THE SIZE OF MACDONALD’S FRIES
BBQ SAUCE
10 THIN BACON STRIPS
HORS D’OEUVRES SIZE TOOTHPICKS
Preparation
Cut bacon in half. Layer between paper towels and cook on High in Microwave oven for about 6 minutes - do not brown.
On the end of a piece of bacon put a piece of cheese and a shrimp tucked together. Roll up and secure with toothpick.
Broil or grill for about 3 minutes - or until just starting to brown. Pour on BBQ sauce, turn over, broil until browned and add sauce. Cook unitl sauce bubbles.
Serve.
