Ingredients

1 pkg firm tofu (frozen then thawed) Press out excess moisture (between 2 plates top 1 weighted down)

1/4 c. olive oil

1 clove garlic minced

2 tbsp soya sauce

1-2 tbsp hoisin sauce

1 tsp chili garlic paste

Preparation

Press out excess moisture (between 2 plates top 1 weighted down) Cube tofu into 1" cubes. Toss with dried sage or poultry seasoning and fresh ground pepper until coated. Mix together 1/4 c olive oil, chopped fresh garlic, soya sauce, hoisin sauce and chili garlic paste. Marinate 4-6hrs. Thread onto skewers alternating with mushrooms, green or red sand onion. Baste with marinade and grill turning frequently until done approx 10-15min Deeeeelicious!
