2lb Venison

1C Water

1Pkg Knorr Veggie Soup Starter

or 2T BBQ Spice

BBQ Ingredients

3/4C Ketchup

3/4C Water

1T Worchestershire

1T Tobasco

1T Vinegar

1T Chili Powder

1/2C Brown Sugar

Preparation

Slow cook Venison on low heat in water and Seasoning. Typically 2-3 hrs at 300 is enough. Shred meat after cooking.

Mix BBQ ingredients and bring just to a boil.

Combine Venison & BBQ Sauce, mix well, and cook at 250 for another 30-60 min.
