Ingredients
1 can black beans
1 can black-eyed peas
1 can niblet corn
1 8-oz. can crushed pineapple
2 tablespoons diced jalapenos
1 1/2 teas. cumin
Zesty Italian Dressing
Preparation
Drain beans and pineapple well before using. Put all ingredients into a bowl. Use just enough dressing to moisten. Refrigerate amd servw with tortilla chips or “scoops”. A hit at any occasion and serves well as a side dish for meats.
