Ingredients

1-15 oz can fat-free refried beans

1-16 oz container reduced fat sour cream

1-16 oz jar salsa (mild to hot-depending on your taste)

1-16 oz bag 2% ColbyJack shredded cheese, shredded

1-2 tomatoes, chopped

1-bag of baked Tostitos

Preparation

Layer ingredients in a 9x13 pan. Start with beans, then add sour cream, then salsa, then cheese, top with fresh tomatoes. Serve with baked chips. This dish is much prettier when served in a glass bowl, but not very practical for tailgating! You can add higher fat content ingredients as preferred, our family has just gotten used to the lower fat substitutions. Enjoy either way!
