Ingredients

3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice

3 Tablespoons Olive Oil

4 Tablespoons Balsalmic Vinegar

16 ounce can Kidney Beans

16 ounce can Garbonzo Beans

16 ounce can Black Beans

1 1/2 cups corn

2 large tomato seeded, chopped

2/3 chopped red onion

Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients in a bowl before preparing the rest. Mix rest of ingredients in bowl and toss well. Let sit in fridge for 15-20 mins. Salt and pepper to taste after refridgeration.
