Ingredients

5 cans of white kidney (washed and drained)

Stew beef

1 can tomato paste

Parsley

Salt

Black paper

Paprica

Tumeric

Cumin

1 tea spoon olive oil

Preparation

Put bean in a big pot. fill with water (1" over beans) Add everything else (but meat) and cook on medium flame for 30 min. Stir in the beef and cook on low for about 30 min.
