Ingredients

1/2 head lettuce

10 ounce packaage fresh spinach

6 hard boild eggs, chopped

1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled

8 oz cheddar cheese (only use 4 oz)

4 oz swiss cheese

10 oz frozen peas

1-1/2 cup sour cream

1-1/2 cup mayo

2 tsp sugar

salt and pepper

Preparation

Mix together last four ingredients for dressing. In a 10x13" pan, layer 1/2 the ingredients. Then sprinkle with sugar, salt, and pepper. Spread 1/2 of dressing and repeat. Then top with the other 4 oz of cheddar cheese. Cover tightly. Chill overnight.
