Ingredients
1 Salmon filet.
1/4 cup butter.
1 bunch each of herbs,such as rosemary, thyme,lemon balm, or substitute your prefered or available fresh herbs.
Small amount of wood chips used for smoking.
brown sugar
lemons
seasoning (your preferred)
Preparation
place wood chips on layer of strong tin foil (heavy gage) lay fresh herbs on top of wood chips. Lay salmon filet on top of herbs. Then sprinkle with seasonings, and brown sugar.seperate the butter into about 6 peices, and place along the fish. Slice lemons, and arrange on top. Finally tent with tin foil. around salmon. Place salmon in 375 degree oven/BBQ/or on bed of coals in fire pit, for approximately 10 to 15 min. depending on thickness (10 min per inch).
