1/2 cup butter

1/4 cup plus 2 tbls cocoa ( I used Hershey’s dark chocolate)

1 cup of sugar

2 eggs slightly beaten

1/4 cup of flour

dash of salt

1 teaspoon of vanilla

Melt butter in medium saucepan; remove from heat.

Add sugar cocoa, eggs, flour, salt, and vanilla.

Pour into a 9 inch piepan.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Top with ice cream or whipped cream.

Can be made ahead and microwaved. Enjoy!
