Ingredients
fresh parmesan cheese,cut into tiny pieces, just big enough for a toothpick. They should be very small bites.
2)truffle oil(I use a blend of truffle/olive oil)
honey
black pepper
toothpicks
Preparation
place the cheese on a nice plate and drizzle very lightly with the honey and truffle oil. Grind a small amount of black pepper over top. insert a toothpick into each cheese piece. savour.
