Ingredients
Marinade beef for 2-4hrs
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c rice wine or rice vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. chili garlic sauce
6 cups broccoli florettes
(onion, snow peas, water chestnuts or mushrooms optional)
sauce
4 ts Cornstarch
1 ts Sesame oil
1/4 c Beef broth
Preparation
Prepare marinade, cut beef into thin slices 2 inches in length. Marinade for 2 to 4 hours. Coat wok with sesame oil and brown meat and set aside,wipe wok clean.
Add sesame oil to wok and stir fry diced onion for 1 to two minutes, add in broccoli stir fry for two minutes more add back in the meat, mushrooms and sauce cooking meat all the way through.
