medium onion, cut into thin wedges

(19-oz.) pkg. frozen Teriyaki stir fry meal starter

cup water

tablespoon peanut butter

(3-oz.) pkg. oriental-flavor ramen noodle soup mix

3/4

lb. cooked roast beef (from deli), cut into thin bite-sized strips

1/4

cup chopped peanuts

Preparation

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add onion; cook and stir 1 minute. Add frozen sauce from meal starter, water, peanut butter and 1 teaspoon of the seasoning from soup mix; discard remaining seasoning. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is thawed, stirring occasionally.

Break up noodles from soup mix. Add noodles and frozen vegetables to skillet; cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

Add beef; cook and stir until thoroughly heated. Spoon mixture into individual serving bowls. Sprinkle each with peanuts.
