Ingredients
1 clove garlic, minced
1 stem onion leeks sliced
2 whole red tomato chopped
20 button mushrooms sliced (or a can)
2 1/2 beef broth cubes
4 cups water
oil
salt and pepper to taste
cabbage (optional)
Preparation
Saute garlic and mushrooms in oil in a deep frying pan. Add salt and pepper. Then add the tomatoes. After 2 minutes, add the water in the pan and put the broth cubes. Boil in slow fire until broth cubes are dissolved thoroughly. Then add the onion leeks. Cook for 2 more minutes or until well done.
