Ingredients
2lbs of round steak cubed
1 onion
1 can Beef Broth or beef consumme
1 can Burgundy wine (from Beef Broth can)
1 can mushrooms, drained
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
2 tblsp of dried minced garlic
Preparation
Brown meat, onions and garlic in hot oil. Don’t overcook the meat Transfer meat mixture to a slow cooker. Add broth, wine, mushrooms, salt & pepper and simmer for about 2 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.
