Ingredients
Beef ribs 1 lb
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Black Pepper ground 2 tsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Preparation
1 Wash the beef pieces well and let it dry 2 Grind the cumin and black pepper 3 After an hour boil them in a large cooking dish adding 1 cup of water, closing with the lid, on high till the meat is tender 4 There should be little water left once the meat is cooked. If you find there is no water then add at least ¼ cup water and boil for a minute 5 In another frying pan pour 3 Tbsp of oil and fry the fennil powder lightly 6 Add the cooked beef rib pieces and mix well 7 Reduce the heat to low and let it fry mixing it often till the gravy thickens. Remove from heat and serve hot.
