Ingredients
8 oz(s) beef ham
10 oz(s) beansprouts
4 oz(s) onions
4 oz(s) mushrooms
5 oz(s) fine egg noodles
3 tbsp(s) dark soya sauce
2 tbsp(s) vegetable oil
Preparation
Slice the mushrooms ,onions,beef ham & sit aside. Put a pot of boiling salted water on for cooking the noodles for 5 minutes,cool & drain ,sit aside. Heat the wok with veg oil & fry off the onions,mushrooms,beef ham,Adding beansprouts & cooking for 5 minutes more, Tossing the wok ,Add the cooked egg noodles & dark soya sauce.Toss again for a further 10 minutes over the high gas. Serve with prawn crackers & Rose wine.
