Ingredients

1 lb beef stew meat

flour

1-4 Tbs tomato paste

2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp salt

1 tsp mustard

1 1/4 cup water (or a little extra)

Potatoes

Carrots

Onion

Preparation

Coat meat with flour. Add all ingredients. Cook on high for several hours or on low all day.

Peel and cut carrots and add halfway through cook time. Then cut onion into quarters and add. Peel and quarter potatoes and add.
