2 packages of sazon

1 tsp kosher salt

1 tsp garlic salt

2 pk of goya empanada circles

Preparation

brown meat with seasonings fill pastry circle with 1 tsp of filling fold over and press corners, create folds with fork. spread egg white glaze over pastry bake at 425 for 10 - 15 minutes.
