cups mixed salad greens

cup sliced seedless cucumber

cup sliced red onion, separated into rings

medium tomatoes, cut into wedges

medium green bell pepper, cut into thin bite-sized strips

(9-oz.) pkg. frozen cooked seasoned beef strips, thawed

cup olive oil

tablespoons white balsamic vinegar

tablespoon lime juice

1/2

teaspoon sugar

1/4

teaspoon dry mustard

garlic clove, minced

Preparation

In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients except beef strips.

In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; mix well.

Pour dressing over salad; toss gently to coat. Divide salad evenly onto individual serving plates. Top each evenly with beef strips.
