Ingredients

lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, trimmed of fat, cut into 3/4-inch cubes

medium onion, sliced

1/2

teaspoon garlic salt

1

(12-oz.) jar home-style beef gravy

1

cup beef broth

3

teaspoons paprika

2 1/2

oz. (2 cups) uncooked medium no-yolk egg noodles

1

cup frozen sweet peas

1/2

cup light sour cream

Preparation

Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef and onion; sprinkle with garlic salt. Cook 4 to 6 minutes or until beef is browned, stirring frequently.

Add gravy, broth and paprika; mix well. Stir in uncooked noodles and peas. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook about 10 minutes or until beef and noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream until well blended.
