Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef 1jar(12oz.) chunky salsa
1 cup sweet corn (frozen
thawed and drained)
3/4 cup miracle whip dressing
1 tbs. chilli powder
2 cups crushed tortilla chips(divided)
2 cups shredded colby
montereyjack cheese (diveded).
Preparation
Heat oven to 350 brown meat, drain and stir in salsa,corn, dressing and chilli powder. layer 1/2 each of the meat mixture,chips and cheese in a 2 qt.casserole. repeat layers. Bake 20 mins.or until heated Top with shedded lettuce and chopped tomato. Black olives and sour cream is also good to add on top. Cover when baking.
