Ingredients

Large roast beef

onions (lots)

canola oil

McCormicks pkg. aujus (you can also use beef broth)

Kimmelwick rolls

Horseradish, or horseradish sauce.

Preparation

In large roasting pan, brown roast in canola oil. Add onions and a little water, maybe two cups, cover and cook till medium. Cool and slice thin.

While meat is cooking, mix appropiate amount of aujus according to package directions. Add meat, onions and juice from roasting pan (defat if you want).

Serve over Kimmelwick rolls with horseradish on the side.
