Ingredients

1 Pkg Pot Roast Seasoning and Bag

1 3-4 pound arm cut beef roast

1 pound baby carrots

4 ounces fresh mushrooms

1 small onion, cut in quarters

1/4 c beef broth

Preparation

Mix seasoning with beef broth and set aside. Put roast in the bag, add carrots and onion. Pour seasoning mix over raost, tie the bag with the tie that comes with the packet. Place in a cake pan. Pierce 6 holes in the bag and bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours.
