Ingredients
1 - 1 1/2 lbs tri-tip steak, either whole or cut into kebab sized cubes.
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/8 cup red wine vinegar
Preparation
- Marinade the beef in all of the other ingredients for at least 2 hours.
- If making kebabs, skewer the beef. You can alternate the beef with chunks of vegetables like red bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, grape tomatoes, squash, zuccinni.
- Grill the steaks or kebabs to desired doneness.
Serve with white rice or pita bread, tsaziki sauce, and a greek salad.
