Ingredients
Beef steak marinade
4 16 oz sirloin tip steaks without marbling all fat trimmed off,
12 cloves of garlic crushed,
1/2 cup of pineapple juice,
2 table spoons of cracked black pepper,
2 table spoons Jim Beam Bourbon,
Garlic bread
2 loaves of sourdough bread,
6 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup softened butter
Preparation
combine ingredients, soak steaks for 1 hour, grill
make garlic bread, 1" thick slices from loaves of sourdough bread, combine 6 cloves of garlic and butter heat in aluminium foil for 45 minutes at 300F
