Ingredients

2-3 lb beef round sirloin tip roast

meat tenderizer

2 cans (14.5oz) diced potatoes

1 can (14.5oz) green beans

1 can (14.5oz) peas

1 can (14.5oz) carrots

1 can (14.5oz) corn

4 small cans tomato juice

1 can Progresso French Onion soup

3 boullion cubes

2 T worchestire sauce

salt/pepper

italian seasoning

2 bay leafs

Preparation

Cut up roast into 1 inch cubes, sprinkle with meat tenderizer and pound. Add all ingredients to crock pot and cook on low 6-8 hours.
