Ingredients
2 cups water
2 lbs chopped or ground beef
5 stalks of celery, chopped
4 potatoes, pared and cut up to 1" pieces
3 medium onions, chopped
1 lb can of stewed tomatoes
4 carrots, pared and cut large
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a roaster or dutch oven. Bake for 4 hours at 325F.
When finished cooking, skim off floating grease and fat. Serve
