Ingredients

2 pounds STEWING Beef, Cut 1" thick

1/4 cup flour

1 tablespoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

3 slices bacon, diced

12 small onion

1 clove garlic, crushed

1 pound mushroom, sliced

1 can beer

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon thyme

1/2 teaspoon bay leaves, crushed

Preparation

Mix flour, salt and pepper together and coat beef cubes.

Fry Bacon bits till crisp, discard fat.

Mix together beer and seasonings.

Place beef, Bacon,garlic,onions and mushrooms in cooker.

Pour liquid over beef.

Cook/simmer 6 hours or so till tender.
