Ingredients

3 tbsp peanut oil

1 ½ lbs. sliced beef (rib eye)

3 baby bok choy chopped

2 tbsp sugar

3 green onions (diced)

1 cup diced water chestnuts

½ jar hoisin sauce

Preparation

Heat peanut oil in wok/skillet. Add beef and cook until medium rare and remove. Wipe clean of oil.

Add hoisin sauce and vegetables to wok/skillet and cook until tender. Add cooked beef and stir.

Do not add wet items to hot oil
