Ingredients

2 pounds of beef bones

5 onions, 1 inch cubes

5 carrots, 1 inch cubes

5 celery, 1 inch cubes

3 tbsp butter

Preparation

Cook butter and vegetables in a large pot for 5 minutes. Add 10 cups of water into the pot. Once the water starts boiling add the beef bones. Cook on low heat for 2 hours. Remove bones from the pot. Strain stock through cheese cloth and into another container.
