Ingredients

1 lb beef round steak cut into strips

1/2 c chopped onion

1 c fresh mushrooms sliced

1 c sour cream

1/4 c fresh parsley

1/2 t salt

1/4 t pepper

1/4 t dry mustard

1 16 oz pkg noodles cooked

Preparation

Lightly brown steak strips in skillet. Remove steak from skillet and set aside. Add onion and mushrooms to skillet and saute until onions are tender. Add meat, sour cream, parsley and seasoning. Stir over low heat until thoroughly heated. Place noodles on serving platter. Top with meat and sauce mixture.
