Ingredients

1.5 lb beef

3 Tbls butter

1 Tbls flour

1 Cup beef broth

1 Tsp prepared mustard

1 onion

1 bag egg noodles

Preparation

SAUCE -melt 1.5 Tbls of butter -whisk melted butter w/ flour -in a separate pan boil beef broth -add boiling broth to flour/butter mixture -add sour cream and mustard to sauce simmer for 3 min

-cut beef into strips - salt and pepper -saute beef and onions -disregard onions -add to sauce and serve over noodles
