Ingredients

3 lbs steak

4 Tbsp flour

salt and pepper

1 larg chopped onion

0.5 cup sour cream

small can of mushrooms and juice

3 beef bouillion cubes dissolved in 3 cups boiling water

Preparation

Cut steak in stips cross grain and saute till slight pink and season with salt and pepper add chopped onion to pan sprinkle in flour stir fry 10min add mushrooms and juice add bouillion cubes with water cook very slowly 1.5 hours add sour cream if desired and cook 10 mins longer serve with rice or noodles
