Ingredients

1-2 lbs stew beef, cut small

1/4 C butter

1 sm-med onion

8oz sliced mushrooms

2T vegi stock

2t garlic powder

1T Worcestershire sauce

1/4C Tarragon Vinegar

1 1/2 C Water

3T flour (slurry w/ water)

10-16 oz sour cream

1 1/2C dried curly egg noodles

Preparation

Throw ingredients through flour slurry in crockpot. Cook ~6hr on low or 4hr on high. Add sourcram cook for 1 hour on low. Add noodles cook until tender. Alternately boil noodles separately and spoon mixture over them (or over mashed potatoes!).
