Ingredients

1 lb chuck roast cubed

3 cups beef broth

1 lb mushrooms

8 oz onions, diced

1 T. flour

12 oz sour cream

1 t. paprika

1/2 t. mustard

noodles

Preparation

  1. brown the meat for 2 minutes with mushrooms.
  2. brown mushrooms(or soak in hot water if using dried mushrooms prior to browning)
  3. pour beef broth and simmer for 4-8 hours
  4. prepare noodles as directed by the package
  5. after the meat is tender and the noodles are ready, stir in sour cream.
